"I am a Lovescaper. Above all things, I believe in love, love as a force for positive change in the world, love as panacea for the problems that plague the world. I dream of a world where love is planted, nurtured and grown collectively. I believe learning to love should be the most important purpose of our educational journeys, and that is why I have designed a program called Lovescaping with the goal of teaching students the skills needed to develop self-love and love for others.

I am passionate about making education available, accessible, relevant and culturally-pertinent in our globalized world. I have experience working in different educational spheres including teaching, curriculum development, community project development, fundraising, management, and execution, organizing educational workshops and preparing didactic material for educational purposes. I have a wealth of international work experience in countries including Mozambique, China, Italy, Venezuela and Guatemala, and love working in multi-cultural environments. I am currently pushing forward my curriculum and philosophy on education and more broadly, life, called Lovescaping, that aims to teach how to love and how to practice love in action: love as the sine qua non of education, the means and the end of our experiences teaching and learning." - Irene Greaves
