Merry Christmas Everyone!
Joy to the world, the Lord has come! As we come down to the end of our Advent looking forward to Jesus' coming, we continue to look forward to Love, Joy, Hope, and Peace coming into our lives and the lives of all we touch as well. As the Holy Spirit works into us what God is doing, these and all the other fruits of the spirit will come flowing out of us and into the lives of everyone around us. God is so good! If you missed any of the messages for the Humble King series they are now online and can be found ->>>
HERETHIS SUNDAY, I am so looking forward to our Christmas service together. In addition to having a time of worship and fellowship together, we have a very special guest speaker all the way from Jordan. With only four percent of the country being Christian, you don't often get to hear a speaker in the church from this region of the world. Dr. Alex AbuGhazaleh will be sharing a special Christmas message this Sunday and I hope you can join all of us.
Praise and Worship will begin at 10:30. Why not come at 10:15 to meet and greet a little before the service starts? We also have Morning Prayer starting at 9:30, and all are welcome.
Please join us in following our Advent reading plan. Most of these are just a few verses, and sometimes just one, so it isn't a big commitment! And although it may be tempting to just read the whole week in one shot, the idea is to have you think about the coming of Jesus every day this month. So try to read each day on the day!
Friday - Isaiah 52:7
Saturday - Ezekiel 34:11-12
Sunday - Malachi 3:1-3
Monday - Isaiah 40:11
Tuesday - Luke 1:26-38
Wednesday - Luke 1:46-55
Thursday - Luke 1:68-79
