Thank you for making faith formation a priority for your family! Each year, our staff & volunteers work to bring enriching programs to the youth of our parish at all ages. BUT PARENT PARTICIPATION IS A MUST! We expect parents to discuss lessons with their students at home and support active involvement in the parish community at Mass. Let us know how we can help you stay involved in these ways, or as table leaders, catechists and in other roles.

Tuition PER FAMILY is $225 for the full year (this includes both elementary & high school programs). After completing this form, don't forget to confirm or set up your payment preferences through the FACTS system http://bit.ly/FACTSlinkSSPP. (Choose to pay in full on September 15; or in three equal payments on the 15th of September, November and February.)

**Students enrolling in year 2 Sacrament prep class (Communion Prep II or Confirmation Prep II) need to submit a copy of their baptismal certificate by October 1.** ...
