CREATION Life Workshops promote wellness and lifestyle changes by following a weekly plan that accomplish the benefits these sessions have to offer, including many demonstrations and interviews with wellness experts to bring these changes into your life. 8 sessions — over 8 weeks on Tuesday evenings from March 12th through April 30th.

The workshops will be presented at the AdventHealth Hospital on 60 Memorial Medical Parkway, Palm Coast, FL, with the availability option to attend on Zoom as interactive sessions accessible on computers, smart phones and tablets.
